losing the will to diet, giving up and then remembering again......

Okay, so I last logged in in February. It all went downhill from then, kept up running a little but once I got to my 30th and I wasn't anywhere near 135lbs I just kind of gave up. My motivation disappeared and once again I pulled on my baggy clothes and stopped looking at myself altogether. BOO HOO!!!

I stopped breastfeeding Ivy in June, said Bye-Bye to two cups sizes within a week! Could this actually get any worse?

A couple of weeks went by, I continued to run in the evening as the days got longer, 1, 2 or 3 miles 3 times a week, not much. People started to ask me if I had lost weight. I got on the scales and to my surprise, without changing my lifestyle much, apart from stopping breastfeeding that is I had dropped 20lbs.

That's where I am now, around 140lbs.

The measurements feel more impressive than the pictures look to be honest
