Losing the last 10 and keeping it off!

Hi all-- I am new to this website and thought I'd join for motivation and workout tips.

I am having a difficult time losing the last 10 lbs. And getting good definition.

I am normally 5'3 and fluctuate between 125-130 lbs

When I do 2 a days and work out hard, I can drop down to 125, but I'm only able to maintain it for 5 or so months before it comes back.

I need a plan that allows me to lose the last 10 and be ~ 117-120lbs consistently.

Currently, I do 30 minutes of HIIT at the gym on the Treadmill and I really push myself. I also do 20 minutes of abdominals afterwards to get decent definition in the abs.

My diet is also pretty healthy.

Any advice you can give would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you tell us more about your 'pretty healthy' diet? I know when I am trying to get shredded, my diet has to be insanely healthy. No processed foods, no sugar, no enriched flour. Basically lean protein, fruits and vegetables. NOTHING from the center aisles of a grocery store. No boxed food. No pre-made frozen meals.

Here's what I ate yesterday, and this is consistent with what I have most days

Meal 1- 1c oatmeal with 4 whole strawberries

Meal 2- 1/2 Banana with 1 tsp of peanut butter

Meal 3- Small Apple & 6 almonds (I do HIIT at the gym, so I try to eat something that will let me sustain energy during the workout)

Meal 4- 1 can tuna & 1/2 avocado

Meal 5- 1/2 c low fat yogurt

Meal 6 - 1/2 cup beans, 1 cup red peppers & onions (stir fry), 1/4 cup chicken

*Normally, when I am done with a workout at the gym, I stick whey protein in there as well, but I forgot to bring it yesterday.*

And then, in terms of working out.. if you have any pointers, that would be great too :)

Thanks!
