Losing The belly, Eating Healthily Advice please [long post, I apologies]
Hey all, Im a 19 yr old UK music producer...
I've currently Given up smoking (second time round, last time i put on almost 2 stone, so im determined to keep on top of the weight this time)
However, i've lost some considerable amount of weight since i last gave up, yet my Belly and slight fat on my pectorials still resides...now i seem to be losing weight gradually, But the belly isn't really shrinking in much...
Im doing 20/25 minutes cardio on our stairclimber here, everyday.
I do it on an easyier setting, so its not too hard that i wanna give up after 5mins, but its not too easy that i don't break out into a nice sweat. i do this first thing in the morning, before breakfast, as ive been told ur burning mostly fat as you hav'nt eaten anything, how true is this? and is it any good?
Now i work really awkward hours, So find it hard to eat at set times, or set intervals, I eat healthy, Have cut out saturated fat, and salt and all the unhealthy stuff basicly all together, Getting alot of fruit and veg daily..
But because of my hours, i usually can only have a small snack at lunch time and one big set meal around 5 oclock pm (sometimes only one big meal a day with no snack). (still both healthy meals of the right stuff though, and always a low calorie intake)
and another thing (yes another, lol)
For some reason i cannot do push ups, and find crunches VERY hard, for crunches i have to put my feet undersomthing to stop them flying up, and i have to have my hands at my sides, and even this way i can only do about 15.(it seems genetic, my brother has exact same prob, and he's real skinny)
How can i improve this?
or am i medically unable to do crunches properly? as everyone else seems to be able to do into the 100's at least
any advice/pointers, and comments on my current situation would be MOST appreciated.
and Sorry for the really long post....i thought i should get it all in one, and its late here in the UK so i seemed to have waffled somewhat...
Apologies
many MANY thanks for any info on this.
Regards.
Trancer.
