losing that paunch

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this but, here goes...

I'm 16,
185 cm tall,
81kg,

and I'm fat :) Specificaly over the last year, I've put on a lot of weight on my belly. Which I don't like. I play squash regularly, and I've just started at the local gym, doing HIIT cardio stuff (you know, like 30s hard, 60s rest) on the cycle and treadmill, 4 days a week, plus two days of moderate work (30 minute). I also do situps and other ab exercises (side crunches etc) three times a week. At the gym I also use the rowing machine 2 times a week.

I want abs! :)

I was just wondering if this was a good program for weight loss (and general fitness, ab building etc), and whether there were any improvements that could be made?
