Hi everyone
This is only my second time starting a thread here, and this was my very first one for reference:
I'm happy to say that since that topic, I'm down now to 138/139lbs. The bad news? I've still got that last ten pounds to go. My absolute goal is 130lbs and fitting into a size 6 jeans. I know it's doable for me, because my butt is still, er, sizeable and I've still got belly fat.
My problem or question now is, it seems like I've hit a plateau yet again. I don't know if it's because of my cardio choice (I do the elliptical usually for 30minutes to an hour, most normally 4-5 times a week) or if I should focus on something else... I'm also trying to specifically target my butt section to work it, and leave my quads alone (they're big enough already, bordering thunder thighish). I do some work on the matts after my cardio normally, like leg lifts, circles, butt lifts, etc. using my own body weight as resistance. Should I continue with that or try another road?
As far as calorie intake, I don't know what my exact number is during a normal day. I usually eat 3 meals, and they're not very big. I stop when I feel full, and if I'm not hungry, I don't eat.
ETA: Also wanted to ad, for all the women who read this, that I've gone from 171lbs to 139/138lbs, and really have not lost any of my breast size. I'm a 34D. But I'm worried that this last ten pounds will be the ones that actually start detracting from my breast cup size.
