Hi Everyone!
I'm looking to lose the god awful freshman 15 I gained this year when I went to college. Ughh!
I can't believe that I let this happen, but theres nothing I can do now except for change.
Im hoping to lose weight within a 8 week period, so that I can look good when I head back onto campus in the fall. I've already been dieting with no results for one week, so I figure I should add some exercise to my routine. I will be doing winsor pilates dvd's and cardio (mostly the treadmill).
I just need a good support group to help me lose weight and keep it up when I get discouraged. HELP!
