Losing some weight, advice please?

OK I'm a 16 year old boy and weight about 90kg - I am 5 10'. I know that I am overweight and am trying to lose a bit of weight. I would like to know if people think that if I eat right and do 1 - 2 hours of arobic exercise per day 6 days a week if i can lose about 15 kg in 5 months or so! Thanks!
 
probably closer to 5kg a month. Fast weight loss usually means you are not loosing fat but muscle and water. You *may* loose water weight of up to 5kg also in the first month so you potentially could drop 10kg first month, but since you are not hugely over weight that may not be the case either.
Stick with higher protien things and lower fat and you should be right, this will retain the muscle and loose the fat. Good meals would include having a bit of steak and salads, or salads with nuts,rice, couple eggs for breakfast etc. Try and avoid things with breaded crumbs or baked items (cakes,cookies,breads,pasta,etc) for maximum results :)
