Hi im hannah im 24 yrs. im a 5´2 height, suddenly i was having trouble with my cloths ive noticed that everything begin not to fit me anymore until the other day that i decide to get on a scale a realize that i gained (64) 5 kilos are in my belly and on my hips and thighs i dont like the way i look and specially the way i feel, so thats why today i decided to get in a low calorie diet i have been exercising for a while i do a 30 minute walk, 30 minute lifting weights and twice a week i do pilates, 2 yrs. ago my weight was 80 kilos i did diet and got to the point that my weight was 56 then for a yaer in a half i maintaine in 58 or 59 and suddenly i gained 64 so i just want to cut them away. beeing in a diet its not so easy but it is really worth so here, i really hope i cpould have support of other girls like me. so lets keep it up
