Hi guys! So I'm new to this forum, tried to search for my topic, but nothing came up. I am a pole dancer for the last 1 year and 5 months. I have quite a sporty body, but never too muscly. I had perfect arms before starting pole dancing. Now, I am training for pole 3 times a week, approx 1.5 hours per session. My arms are getting very big and muscly and I am very insecure about them. I would like to know if there is any way I could lose all this muscle? I stopped eating lots of protein, eat mostly vegetables and some dairy. If there is any way I could lose the muscle on my arms, and if anyone knows I would be very grateful! I would like to have smaller arms, of course they will be muscly but now they are just huge! Also, recently I started doing about 30 minutes cardio every day. Thank you!
