losing lovehandles/hip fat

what are the best exersizes or methods to go about losing lovehandles and that gross fat that sticks out on top of you jeans? (also known as a muffin-top) :(
 
First thing anyone will tell you if they know anything is that you cannot spot reduce. You will not be able to target those specific areas. What you can do is strive to lower your overall body fat percentage, which will melt fat off any and all areas of your body. If you stick to a specific diet tailored to you, do HIIT and/or some forms of cardio, and lift weights regularly, you can lose as much fat as you desire.

How to loose the love handles 101

There is only one way to melt away the fat around your waste.

Look at your diet! How many Kcals are you consuming per day? Start by reducing your Kcal intake by 20% off baseline.

Ex. If you are eating 2500Kcals then drop daily intake to 2000

Get involved in a running program to modulate adrenaline secretion and lypolysis HRM 75% -85% Duration 45 minutes to start 4 days per week.

Throw in a 4 sets of cable chopping movements per workout into your resistance training program which you need to be doing 4 days per week

Evaluate oblique and abdominal skin folds with your caliper and use your measurement as a metric to determine what is your abdominal fat ratio if you are planning to losing weight.

Remember, you cannot spot reduce your love handle fat. Abdominal lypolysis takes time and a perfect dietary plan.
