Losing it for the 2nd time

Hello All! Three years ago, I lost 75lbs following the Weight Watcher program. Since then I have put back on 20lbs. I don't like this trend in weight gain, and want to do something before I gain back all 75lbs!!!!

What kind of LIFE STYLE changes have you made since you got off the weight watchers diet.

Did you know, I read a study stating that 85% of people who went on a diet and then got off it, regained all their weight within 2 years. Its imperative to understand that you are doing a LIFE STYLE change, not a short term fix.
 
I have not been exercising as much as I once did, and once I stopped WW I quit counting my points. I am pretty social, with a large group of friends, so I go out often which has also hurt. I tell myself that I have to be proud that I have kept 55lbs off, but that is a slippery slope of giving myself permission to gain. My denial is over for I am officially out of my size 8 jeans and back into my size 10!!!
