Losing fat

i am losing some fat but also muscle and it sucks i drink portien drinks 1 in morning and 1 after wrokout on workout days, 1 in morning on no workout days. but i am still losing muscle.
 
Protein drinks won't do it alone. What else do you eat - how much - when? Total cals for each day? Amount of cardio type activity? Lifting? Give us some details. If you're loosing muscle it's cause your putting out more than your taking in.
 
Your body will consume its own muscle if it lacks other energy sources. If you provide your body with enough calorie-producing nutrients, you shouldn't be burning muscle.

You can also breakdown muscle if you do long-endurance cardio - the body breaks down muscle for energy then, too. Switching to intervals is one of the best ways to retain muscle mass while getting a good cardio workout (your body won't break down muscle for intervals).
