Losing fat + gaining muscle...?

Is it possible at the same time?
I have a daily calorie need of 3200kcal per maintainance, and I'm taking around 2700kcal making a 500+ deficit daily which was quite effective so far on losing fat. Now I want to gain some muscle mass.. If I base my nutrition on protein making it 35-40% (nearly 200g of protein) of my daily calorie intake and still take total of 2700kcal daily can i build muscle and lose that fat? Or do i need to exceed my maintainance level to do that?
Help me out, tnx...

Bulking, get about 3000+ calories. I'd say about 100g of fat. 200g of protein. 350g of carbs.

Loosing fat and gaining mass is not something a lot of people can do successfully. My best advice would be to stick to one. But nevertheless, it IS possible.

i have a different outlook on gaining mass and losing fat at the SAME time.
it is EXTREMELY TRICKY to not gain only muscle without SOME fat. you are bound to raise your body fat at least by .5%. Its not impossible but its just hard ><.

y are people so parynoid about gaining a little bit if fat in order to gain muscle and then just burn off the fat wit HIIT??? its SO much easier. are people's egos so big that they cant stand to see a little bit of fat for a little while???

By eating a strict diet with proper ratios and tracking your progress meticulously you can tweak your intake and diet to at least limit the amount of fat you gain.

Losing fat and gaining muscle really depends on the person. If they had a sh*t diet and poor training, then start eating right and training well, they can expect to lose some of the fat and also gain muscle, but if someone has a naturally low body fat and a good diet, then they start massing, they can expect to gain some fat along with the muscle. Again, its all up to that person because so many factors come into play.
I know guys who can eat pizza and drink beer and they are ripped. I also know guys who eat clean, and train well and struggle to maintain sub 10% bf levels..
