Losing body fat

Ok, about 3 months ago, i was 15% body fat, now im 11%. Im 5"8 and i wiegh 146 lbs. If your short, like me, im 15, do you have to get in the single digits to look good. I have a pudgy face, and I have lower % body fat that people that are 5"10 and their body and face are skinnier than me, it makes me mad.
What is the best workout to accomplish my goal of losing body fat and looking better and ultimately, feeling good about myself and confident.
 
11% body fat is pretty good. What you may be dealing with is genetics - your 15, so your body still has some changes to go through including thinning out the baby fat.

ok, in the morning, no breakfast, i have a vitamin and go to basketball practice. I dont eat cause it upsets my stomach. I usually eat a sub and a small bag of chips. I drink usually 32 oz of water at lunch. Then i come home and snack a little, and then i eat dinner. then i might snack a little more and go to sleep. I was recently running 2.5 miles every mourning before basketball practice with my other teammates. I was running the 2.5 miles in a 17-18 min. So i guess im in ok shape. But my brother is in cross country and puts me to shame..... There is my diet for you
