Losing Belly Fat

Hi,

I've been working out for awhile and I am now on SafSlim. I got this because it was recommended by Dr. Oz on one of his shows and was guaranteed to work. I'm on my third day of taking it now but I was wondering if anyone had any advice to losing belly fat. I'm 4'11 and I weigh 94 pounds. I'm not saying that I am fat or that I want to lose weight, but I want to lose this belly fat that I have that I call a "pouch". I'm trying to get decent abs before this summer comes up. Any advice?

Targeted fat loss doesn't work. If you want to lose belly fat you have to try and lose fat in general and hope your body decides to take it from the areas you want. you have to be pretty lean for abs to look the way most people want them to look.

Thank youu! I'm eating healthy and exercising a lot so even if I stay the weight that I'm at, I just want to be more lean and toned. I'll just work hard at it and see if there are results.

Hi,

I do not watch Dr. Oz, so I am not familiar with SafSlim, but, I do have experience with losing body fat.

You are very petite at 4'11" and I understand what you are saying about the pouch.

80% of your fat loss efforts are going to be realized by what and when you eat.

You can do 1 million crunches and still have the pouch. The pouch is belly fat. You have to lose the belly fat so you can see the abs.

This is true for all of your body, not just your abs.

So, eat raw veggies, eliminate meat, eat unprocessed foods, no dairy, nothing white (rice, sugars, flour) and you will see your body fat (belly fat included) just melt away.

If you are eating raw veggies, fruits, seeds, berries and beans...and you are doing a day or two per week of cardio and resistance training then you will lose that POUCH, I am sure of it.

Good luck and I hope to hear that your pouch is GONE!!

5 Ways To Losing Belly Fat

Warm Up Your Oil:
Heat your skillet before adding oil, and less fat will be absorbed by the food. Warm oil cooks more efficiently; cold oil tends to soak into meats and vegetables.

Stuff Your Burgers:
Scoop a hole in the middle of your burger before grilling, and fill it with olives, mushrooms, or any vegetable you like. This makes the recommended serving of beef (3 ounces) look and feel like a massive hunk of burger, when it’s much leaner than that.

Curry Favor With Yogurt:
Replace the high-fat coconut milk in your curries with low-fat plain yogurt. The yogurt adds that creamy texture without the extra fat from the coconut.

Don't Ruin a Tuna:
Mayonnaise will turn your tuna sandwich into a fatty disaster. Instead of mixing in a lot of mayo, add pepper, hot sauce, and some fresh lemon juice to your tuna. It tastes great.

Squash The Fat:
Replace half of the Cheddar in quesadillas, mac 'n' cheese, or grilled cheese sandwiches with pureed butternut squash. This significantly lowers the fat and calorie counts, won't compromise the taste, and gives you a slew of added vitamins and heart-healthy potassium.
