I'm a skinny guy and have started accumulating some fat around the stomach and love handles, how should I go about getting rid of this without losing weight in other places I don't want to lose it?
I'm thinking this...
CORE: I have the ab ripper x from P90 and it's a great work out so I want to do that.
DIET: Ive started a good diet, and now am very conscious about eating junk and making sure I take some vitamins and all that good stuff.
CARDIO:I know I need to do some cardio, and I was thinking some short intense circuits? I don't think running will do much, I'd rather get a real nice sweat going and do something challenging?
