Losing 10lb's in 11 days ??

Hey!

I know this seems quite impossible but i am so determined to lose 10lb's by the time i go away on the 1st that i will do anything! even starve myself which is completly the wrong thing to do i know!

Im 18 and a short ass, only 5'2 so i look humoungous, im 190lb's (13.5st) and i need to lose 45lb's overall, i am aiming to do this by december but if i lose just 28lb's by december i will be over the moon.

Anyway my scenario is that i have to lose 10lb's by the 1st because me and my bf are going away for four nights and i know i will end up putting weight on and when i come back will be even more depressed about it so this way if i lose weight and put it on atleast i wont be heavier when i come back.

i know thats a stupid idea but hey lol

i dont think my body can handle carbs because i dont do much exercise as my gym has closed down and so untill sept 19th when i start uni i wont be able to get to a gym.
but anyways, what i really want is does anybody have any tips on losing weight quickly? i know its a bad idea to lose weight quick but i just gota do it lol

help, please? :p

It's unhealthy to loose that much in so little time, and starving yourself will only convince your body to STORE fat, instead of loose it.

Now, the only healthy thing I can suggest is eat healthy, no less than 1400 calories (and I say this because of your height, I'm 5'9 or taller, so my minimum would be 1500) a day, and work in some cardio like a 30 minute walk or HIIT (high intensity interval training, like walk 45 seconds, jog/run 15 seconds, then walk again, then run. You burn more calories this way)

Also, I don't know if you have it where you live, Mega T Green tea supplement. That's what I'm using currently to help boost my metabolism and to help give me some energy, or what my mom uses, Chromium Picolonate...or however you spell it. It's a supplement to boost your metabolism.

I can definately tell you that I want the same thing, to lose 10 pounds super fast. You might be able to do it, but you might jeopardize your health in the process.

I'm not sure you are even about thinking this, but I think that weight loss medications can be very dangerous, I would not take them myself because the potential risk to my health scares me.

naw i dont think i am going to take any supplements etc as i have taken these and diet pills in the past and once i stopped them ended up putting the little weight i lost back on with a few extra pounds!

i think i definatly need to cut out haevy carbs like bread, potatoes and pasta - i know this sounds drastic and a bit like the atkins diet but i've tried that before and didnt really get on with it.

i just dont think a not very active person like me can handle carbs like that.

i'll keep you up to date with my progress and my weight on the morning i leave! lol (as im not not weighing myself untill then!)
