Losing 10 lbs safely

Hey all :)

Okay here's my story. Freshman 15 is so true its scary. I thought it wouldn't happen to me... but here I am. Im very athletic... I used to be anyway... and at 5'5 or 5'6 i find my weight go from 138lbs to 150lbs and i hate it. my clothes are really fitting well anymore and I can just see it in my face and do not feel attractive anymore. I've been trying for weeks now but I always cave. I'll last a day eating small healthy meals but after dinner i just lose it. i'll binge too which mean i know im not eating well but living on residence i dont have a lot of choice. im running a bit more and i feel like im always at the gym.. but it just aint workin!

I dont know if i just need someone to tell me it can be done and to just stick to something ... or if im eating the wrong things... orrrr could all this be stress related . I dont know. but i wanna know if i can get back in the swing of things in about 5 weeks? is that too quick? any pointers or advice or anything is needed right now. i cant do this alone!!!!
ok thanks for listening to me blab. :D

You need to learn proper weight management. Its well worth the time and you will have it for the rest of your live.

Read and Research.

Welcome and Good Luck.

Maybe you're aiming too high and eating too little? Too little eating can leave you hungry during the day and the week and binging is a logical response to that.

Eating more can help control it. Simply an extra (healthy) sandwich or a healthy snack during the day during the day will make a difference. Also please do eat a sensible breakfast. That also kills hunger during the day. And if you feel you're satisfied during the week, you're less likely to binge in the weekend.

Hope this helps and good luck!
