I think that posting my weight progress will help motivate me to stay on track, and not give up!
Stats:
Height: shortie standing at 5'0-5'1
Current weight: 121 pounds
Highest weight: 121 pounds
Goal weight: 100 pounds
UGW: We'll see
Goal weight 1: 115
Goal weight 2: 110
Goal weight 3: 105
Goal weight 4: 100
What I need to do:
-Eat less junk food
-Stop bingeing
-Exercise at least twice a week
