Lose Wieght WITHOUT Diet Or Excerise?

Hi, I'm a Newbester.

Hello all!

I've looked through the posts in this site and yes I was once where everyone is at too!

I've been in Triathlons, Marathons etc... Then one day the bottom just dropped out. Struggled with health and weight gain for decades.

Why? Why me?

Well, I'm here to tell everyone I found the answer. If you want to lose weight you will NEVER and I repeat NEVER get there with diets and exercise.

America is the #1 obese nation in the world for a reason.

Two words: “We’re starving.”

The nutritional density in our food is gone. Thinking we can get what we need from the four food groups is an urban myth.

The weight gain we are experiencing as Americans is not because we are lazy or have some genetic predisposition or a character flaw.

It takes 3 nutrients to grow a plant. It takes about 100 to grow a human being.

And what we all have or are experiencing has a name. It's called 'Famine Fat'.

If you workout you are burning nutrients. If you diet you are restricting nutrients. Each process puts your body into panic mode. It thinks it's starving so it packs on the pounds.

The only way to lose weight and to keep it off is to reverse this state of starvation and to give the body everything it needs on a daily basis.

I know. I've done it!

Be happy to tell more if anyone is interested. :blush5:

The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. You can eat the healthiest, most nutritional food known to man - if you eat too much of it, you will put weight on.

If you ran marathons and put weight on, that happened because you were eating too much, plain and simple.

But let me have a guess....since you claim that we can't get what we need from the four food groups :)rotflmao:), you have found some sort of miracle cure for that, and you will tell us what it is if we're happy to pay for it, right?

Just one question - if your claim was true, how come that there are fit and healthy people all over the world? Shouldn't we all be fat because we're starving?? Just wondering.

LOL San - I guess that I must have tripped over the extra magic something when I halved my weight. I worked out so I was burning nutrients AND I restricted my food and must have restricted nutrients... each process must have been putting my body into panic mode like it was going out of style... I don't understand why my weight dropped instead of me piling on the pounds with this "famine fat"...

The really funny thing is that 5 days ago Liam was talking about 90 nutrients being required when he posted about all this on another website... That was just before he tried to sell some folk some supplements and all sorts of "weight loss packs" and a "weight management system"...

I guess that he has discovered 10 wonderful new nutrients and subtly altered the formulae to cope with those 10 vital nutrients that he had no idea about 5 days ago...

I guess he didnt know how vigillent we are about spam when he came here...

This is great! I love a good debate. :patriot: Here are the facts. We have been putting 3 nutrients in the ground since the 1950's nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Our farmlands don't flood anymore because of dams. We don't put ashes from fires into our gardens like we have for thousands of years which are mineral gold mines.

USDA reports a 50 to 90 percent drop in nutrient density. Don't blame me. Blame the USDA.lol..

Genetically we should be all living well over a hundred years old so the notion that there are healthy people all over the world is debatable. If we were so healthy we wouldn't be dying at half of what we should be living. I myself have pledged to live to 150 years old. But that's a discussion for another group! lol...

We have eliminated obesity and disease in our livestock and have doubled the life span of our pets by understanding what raw materials each organism needs. There are no magic nutrients. There is just the fuel we need to live. The notion that burning this fuel will lead to weight loss is just not supported by scientific fact.

And yes I am an artist and avid blogger and one of my sites is devoted to weight loss where I sell nutritional awesomeness. If I were here to spam I wouldn't have used my real name. I am flattered that my name resonates in a search that associates me with my overall mission which is to open dialog and help others avoid the health horrors I've endured or dare I say it...save the world :grouphug:

Funny thing is I am an American artist living here in Paris France and it's a customs nightmare to get any supplement products here from America so I am achieving what I am achieving by mainly cutting out gluten which helps me absorb nutrients and then eating alot of raw eggs, 6 to 12 everyday, which is the perfect food. Do I recommend others do this? Absolutely not. It's just my way of filling the tank of what my body needs.

As you guys checked me out did you find my art? I am most proud of that site than any of the others :D

I'm going to ignore all the stuff that made no sense, and the parts where you are apparently proud of spamming another forum.....

Could you please link me some credible, scientific evidence from a reputable source to prove the claim that humans are genetically designed to live for over 100 years.

Oh, and please explain why, if 'modern' food is so bad, does the average life span go up, rather than down?

We don't eat raw eggs in my family. We've never looked into what foods are gluten free - or tried to avoid gluten... In fact my parents both eat bread every day...
My mother is 91 later this week. My father will be 96 in November (2 days after their 71st wedding anniversary).
As far as longevity goes - we are doing just fine.

I didn't notice any art.
My thoughts were simply - "spammer - as I suspected!"...

I notice that you didn't make any attempt to address this statement:

I worked out so I was burning nutrients AND I restricted my food and must have restricted nutrients... each process must have been putting my body into panic mode like it was going out of style... I don't understand why my weight dropped instead of me piling on the pounds with this "famine fat"...

Hi Liam, I think you can lose weight easily with juicing if I am not wrong...

I tried it before and lost some easy weight without dieting or exercises. You might want to try it too.

Anyways, it does not hurt trying at all, there's a lot more benefits than just pure weight loss when you juice.

I think that most of us can agree, that "juicing" IS considered a diet. The people who love to use the phrase "It's not a diet", usually is trying to sell stuff.

And juicing is pointless. Eat your calories, it tastes better, you don't consume as much, and it will keep you satisfied for longer. You have to either add a lot of stuff to make a good juice, or add water. If you add water (making it taste horrible, if you are not careful) and then add sugar, the whole idea loses all his meaning.

This forum is craziness!! I have never heard of dieting and exercising being bad for you and making you fat. That makes no sense. But its good for a laugh! I'm with Belinda... I lol'd too!!
