lose weight

well my main place is my butt what exercise can i do to get rid of the fat in my butt and i would like to get muscle in my butt instead

also i might (meaning i do)have man boobs how can i get rid of them


i'm trying to work on certain areas first

also i dont really have any thing to work with like weights
 
Do Pistol Squats to gain muscle in your hind quarters. They don't require any weights. Seen here:

To lose weight in your rear end as well as all your other areas, you'll have to intake less calories then what you do now. You can't spot reduce, meaning don't think you can target your fat loss to your rump and chest alone, as excersizing that area will build muscle in it, but the fat will burn from all parts.

Try jogging. or Jumping Rope. And don't eat french fries or drink sodas with calories.
