lose weight.

I have alot of leg muscle from sports, and i am 5'2,and would like to lose like 3 pounds. DO you have any exercises to recomend to me?
 
SO, your really active in sports and have lots of leg muscle...I'm confused as to what other kind of exercises your interested in??

Also, excersising is not a great way to lose weight. You should try to reduce your cals some. Are you a pop drinker? What about late night snacks?
 
why isnt excersise a good way to lose weight?
and i am a picky eater so no I dont have a problem with carbs.
 
well i wasn't worried about carbs as much as cals. Studies have shown that exercise is good for your emotional health as well as helps build muscle. BUT you have to do ALOT of exercise to burn any sigificant amount of calories.
 
I have been eating more healthy such as in the mornings eating low fat yogurt, then for lunch a sandwich, and then something for supper. I have been only drinking water and green tea. I am also walking about 3 miles or am jumping on a trampoline for 1 hr. Do you think what im doing is working?
