Lose Weight/Get ripped Physique?

Hello everyone,
I'm 16 years old, weigh in at 161 lbs, and i'm 5"11.

I've been half-heartedly trying to lose weight and tone up for a couple of years now,
but this time i'm going to take it seriously.

Can anyone help me?
I find it hard to do weight training at home, because I have only a set of two dumbbells.
I'm starting a muay thai class with a friend today, and if all goes well, will do it 3 times a week.
