Drinking water is a really good to help in losing weight and burn calories .
It's great for the skin.
drinking water before the meals makes you feel full a bit faster which will make you consume just enough amounts of food that you need.

plenty water has very effective for our health and skin. if you increase the quantity of water you definitely lose your weight because water help to burn the fats.
 
I agree with you. Drinking plenty of water is good for skin as well as for other health benefits such as maintaining body fluids, digestion, and circulation. Fitness trainer and instructor also advice to drink 7 – 8 cups of water every day. Thanks for sharing tips.
