Can you advise on anything else I can do, what to eat, what not to eat etc.

I have lost weight and toned slightly since I have started.

First thing is to add up your daily calories, they seem really low. Losing weight is not about eating as little as possible, but eating a balanced load of nutrients.

Add them here

Keep in mind that you want to eat to be healthy, not just to lose weight. I don't see a single vegetable in that whole list, and just a little fruit. I'd say ditch some of the junk foods and replace them with lean meats (chicken and turkey breasts), whole grains, and healthy fats like you'd find in different kinds of nuts. As in the previous message be sure you're getting enough calories, or else your body enters starvation mode and drops your metabolism like a lead anchor. And finally, while soup is good for filling you up on a low number of calories, be very wary of the amount of sodium they contain. Too much can cause you to retain water, taking away from the 'toned' look you want.

Hi,
definately adding up your calories for the day as said above would be helpful. Eating too little is as bad as eating too much.

You may want to try slowly making adjustments in the types of foods that you eat. Try eating foods as close to their natural state as possible. Foods that have not been processed such as brown rice, chicken and turkey breasts, sweet potatoes, oats, egg whites, fruits and veggies are all great choices. Slowly try to incorporate more of them in to your diet. Try to eat a balance of protein and carbs in each meal.

Hope that helps.

Sarah
