Hi, im new to this.. but yeah im going to californa in 2 weeks and im trying to lose weight. i know i cant like lose ALOT i mean like at least 5 to 10 pounds and i really dont know what im doing im starting to walk a mile a day and thats about it because im lost. Also i want to get in shape befor school starts which is in augest and i dont know which is the fastest and best way to lose.
