hey my baby is only four months also, dont worry u can do it, its like my doctor said to me: " it took us nine months to gain this weight, we cant expect to loose it over night!"

See you could walk a bit longer and do it gradually. When I first started my diet and exercise routine, I kinda walked 'til I dropped. I walked sometimes 1.5 to 2 hours. It was very effective.

Also, heavy sweating will help you lose "water" weight. You may see the results faster and get better motivated. What I did was to do my exercise outdoor during hot summer days when I lived in the south. However, make sure to drink enough water to prevent any injuries or discomfort.

Cheers!

a program won't work in a week...u ned to devise a plan and stick to it to see if it will yeild results...wt training will work better than cardio on it's own and nutrtion will play the biggest part...i would start at 2 full body wt workouts a week and 2 cardio sessions a week...once fat loss stalls increase to 3 of each...consistently is the key

Hi there,
Don't expect results too quick. Keep in mind that weight that is lost too fast often comes back. Also, your metabolism may be different post partum than it was before. So, be patient. You can lose the weight and keep it off.

Definately scratch the Special K diet. It's better to try to eat 6 meals a day, spaced about 3 hours apart that are balanced with lean protein, complex carbs, and small servings of good fats. Try to eat as many unprocessed, natural foods as possible.

You can begin a solid exercise routine that includes cardiovascular exercise at varying intensities and some strength training. The combination of good nutrition and exercise will help you shed fat.

Hope that helps!

Sarah
