I am a 16 year old guy. I workout frequently, I do a few things before bed 4 times a week. I have 13 inch biceps flexed, I think my chest is 39 if I remember and measured right, and my waist is 31. I went to some website and calculated my body fat percentage, and it said 12, I don't know if that is good or bad. I am 5-11.5, I weigh about 155 lbs, and I want my stomach to be about an inch smaller. When I stand sideways and look in the mirror my stomach goes out a little bit and I want to lose that. From the side I want to be flat, but like all guys I want a 6-pack. I when I flex my stomach there is a 6 pack, but it turns into about a 5 1/2 pack when i relax.
