Lose 45 Pounds by Summer

So I began my weight-loss journey for the third time today, yes, the third time. I have tried to lose weight in an attempt to be 175 lbs twice before, and both attempts failed because I could not maintain my discipline to dieting. I am 220 lbs as of this morning, and I am writing this after eating some taco bell for lunch :p I am sticking to a meal plan where I do not eat anything for the first and last four hours of the day. I do not have much control over the food that my parents bring into the house, so I only can control my portion sizes. I cannot afford a gym membership, so I am stuck with walking, running, and anything I can do with body-weight. I am so concerned with my weight now, and I am distraught because I have no discipline when it comes to eating. I am writing this to take you on this journey with me, and *fingers crossed* I will succeed, because third time is the charm.
