Lose 10 lbs. in a month

I would really like to lose 10 lbs. this month but I don't know how to pull it off. I just bought a pilates video and I plan on doing that every morning, then at night jogging on my treadmill. Any other suggestions on diet or exercise?
 
Everybody I know who has followed the Atkins or South Beach diet religously has lost 10-20 pounds in the first month. The secret, of course, is to make some permanant lifestyle changes so that you keep it off!
 
If you are just starting out on the Pilates, you will not be able to do them every day from the start. If you do them right, you will need recovery time! I've been doing them for about a year and I do them 2 or 3 times a week and I need the recovery days. Also, I alternate tapes. I started with 2 and rearely do the same Pilates routine twice in a row. Healing after excercise is part of the process! You could use weights as additional strength training.

As for diets, look at what your vices are. I never keep ice cream in my fridge or go near donut shops! I'm working on that myself.
 
Uh...I say drop the pilates for some of the days of the week if not all and do Tae Bo. You'll burn many more calories, and it's exciting!
 
I try to do Tae Bo Cardio every 3 times a week, but im the kind of person that doesent like doing workout takes infront of people.. Platies, I have a tape on that. but it isent working out. Maybe i need a yoga mat or somethin...

But try Tae Bo Cardio, Its easy and fun.
