lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks

I'm a 25 yr old female 5'4", weighing about 125 lbs. I want to lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks. I work out for 1 hr everyday and I have big thighs and stomach. Please advise me on how many calories to be consumed everyday and how many to burn. I eat mostly around 1600 calories everyday. Thanks in advance
 
That website says that I need 4500 calories to maintain my current wait. :confused:

Since I work out for an hour 3-4 times a week and limit my calorie intake to under 2200 hundred I should have been a ghost by now! :rotflmao:
