Im obese beacuse i drink way to much soda eat take out almost every day but recently i can get my mum to make dahl a very low calorie healthy food + il get of soda and move onto water meaning no fat foods or soda im 6.1 17 21 stone at last check but that was ages ago so im guessing 22 or 23 stone by now i dont excersise that much but i can walk home from college every second day thats 3 miles per hit is there anything else i can do to loose wieght
