loosing weight in the thighs

hi im 14 and 5'8 and weigh 125 pounds. i want to loose weight in my legs. mostly thighs. im really self consious about them. my waist is fine. my problem is that i want to gain in my stomache but loose in my legs. my waist is very small. you can see my ribs which is gross. if you have any suggestions please let me know.

I can't help you with gaining in the stomach. But there are plenty of things to do for losing the thigh weight.

Visit this site and there are exercises that will help the inner thigh and outer thigh.



I use all of them and I have notice a great change so try those and tell me how they work for you.

A lot of those exercises are not worthwhile. The best exercises for thighs are squats, deadlifts, and lunges. Note: there is no spot-reducing. If you want to add muscle to your legs, the weight training exercises will do it. If you want them to be smaller, a clean diet and cardio is key.
