Loosing the extra fat

I am 14 about 6 foot 140 and have a Fat chest and love handles all and a gut but i can still see my abs when good so what should i do too get rid of the rest of this fat too complete my body and i also run about 2 miles everyday!!! Workouts would help or the best supplement for me?????

I like live off of ramon noodles and bannas orange's and peaches with alot of tea and water but no milk or pop really........ Could you list alot of good foods with alot of Nutrition that i dont have too spend alot of time too make!!
 
You are so young to think about fat loss. You have to be active person because you are only 14. Ask your parents for support. If you have such problem on this age may be you have wrong aeting habits.

Why not talk to your parents and and to go to family nutritionist al together, because I think is not only your but also your parents fault to think for fat loss at this age.

And it is very nice that you are 14 and think to change your life to healthier one :) Congrats.

Do you play basketball, tennis, squash? Think about that.

Try to eat grilled meat and salad - small portions 3 times a day, 1 time eat oatmeal, 1 time 2 fruits. It is difficult to recommend exact diet plan, because people are different.

I insist to go to nutritionist :)

You are still very young. I know it seems bad right now, but your body is going though so many changes that you have no idea what will work for you. You could find something that makes the changes you want, but then your body chemistry changes next year and you have to do something else.
I know this is NOT what you wanted to hear, but you are doing everything you can in the fitness department. I ran X-C, too. Great sport. You are active, healthy, and strong. That is fantastic!! You do need to eat more fruits and vegetables, but so do all teenagers. Junk food will definitely hurt you, so try to get most of your nutrition from good food instead of from supplements. Stay away from most of them at this stage. Small, frequement meals will help keep your body from hurting itself.
To be 6 foot tall at 14 and taller than most boys is hard. Your body will need a few years to catch up with all the growth. Please be patient.
If you are really concerned, go to your family doctor and see what he says. But there is nothing wrong with you! You are just young and need some more time to let your body catch up. When you are a junior or a senior, you might be able to think about fat loss then but talk with your doctor.
In the meantime, best to you. Enjoy your youth -- it goes faster than you can ever imagine.
 
The fruit is ok, but you need to drop the ramen noodles. Replace with a 1/2 and 1/2 blend of brown and white rice.
