Loosing that Flab :)

After not posting for well over a month, I am back... but I have not fallen off of the wagon! A month of not posting I am still maintaining calories and working out at the Y. I am still between 135 -130 pounds, so basically maintaining, but definately loosing some inches... by the way my clothes fit anyway.

Thought I would start keeping track again. I am not so worried about the weight number, I just want to see some flab firm up.

I will take measurements in the morning, since I have never done that before and I hope to start seeing some more results!

Welcome back to posting! Good for you for maintaining! Taking measurements will be a great way to visually see the difference from exercising!
