Loosing back fat

I walk quite often but over the year or so it has decreased. I'm 19 but when I was in sixth form I walked 1hr and a half 5 days a week to get to and from school. Now I'm in university and live on campus which is no more than 5 minutes away from my lecture halls so I'm finding it difficult to exercise. I've never actively exercised just general walking that would keep me in pretty decent shape.


My legs are pretty toned but I have a lot of unsightly back fat that adds tonnes of weight on to my appearance.


What free, easy exercises can I do without going to the gym that will tone up the top half of my body?
