Loose skin or more fat? Cardio required?

Guess who got his body fat tested and still has a high percentage?
My point has been proven, thank you very much.

Now I will continue my calorie restricted diet, but do everything in my power to maintain my current muscle level.
Because it's the amount of muscle I'd be glad to have when I'm lean and slim.

Also I never lost my previous fat with cardio. Read the topic again.

The articles I previously linked to all back up my theories, they aren't born of my ignorant psyche.

I'm willing to agree with you and say that I DID lose muscle.
But no matter how big I got my abs and stuff right now, it wouldn't show over the jiggly fat that's there.
Abdomen and Thigh fat is also the last to go, and easily the most stubborn.

The answer you're looking for is resistance training. While i'm glad you lost 120lbs, you're being a self righteous dick to people who have decades more experience than you at this. Your theories are garbage. Much like your muscle. Hit the gym, do yourself some good. Or ignore those of us who truely tried to help you, and keep running for what little good it will do you.

p.s. it's loose skin. since you're so big on "theories" and reasearching I am completely dumbfounded on how you somehow can be so retarded to miss the number 1 side effect posted basically everywhere on every reputable website or literature about losing a vast amount of weight: loose skin.
