Well, first off I'd like to say hello to everyone! I'm a 20 year old guy, and I'm 5' 10", 230lbs (muscle isn't a major feature for me).
I've been a gym regular for the past 4 1/2 years. In the summer of 2005, I broke my hip and femur in an accident, and ever since then, I've not only gained weight, but I've completely let myself go. I've been going to the gym and riding the stationary bike for a good 30 minutes for the past few weeks (I can no longer jog well at all), and althought I am feeling markedly better, I am having an incredibly hard time breaking my horrible eating habbits.
My girlfriend is the same way. We are both very enthusiastic about going to the gym, and do so 4 times a week, but we've both lost our will-power when it comes to food.
