Hi, I'm 21 years old and in college.. That means no mean and virtually eating and studying all the time, which has made me put on 25 extra pounds that I don't typically want. With not having any money, i can't join a gym or buy expensive equiptment.. I live in Indiana, and its winter, so running outside wouldn't be the greatest thing. We do have some type of stationary bicycle I could ride. Push ups and sit-ups are probably what i'm going to have to do though. I'm not looking to lose a lot, i just want to get back on track of a healthy life. I'm 6' tall and weigh 215 lbs. Now my shoulders are huge, i'm built like a football player, so I'm never going to be skinny nor want to be. I just wanna look a little better and feel better. Any input on a good way to get started. I'm already starting to eat better and drink a lot more water than beer
