Looking to step it up!

I've been exercising regularly and have been eating decently, but the weight loss has begin to plateau a bit. How should I step it up? Does anybody have some intense workouts that they've had success with? A two or three week program would actually be ideal.

I know I can just go a bit harder on the treadmill and with my workouts but I enjoy following preset goals. I find it makes it easier to push that way.

I'm looking for a super tough few workouts that are really going to push me to the limit for the next couple of weeks :D. I love to sweat :p.
