Looking to lose 10-15 pounds

Hi folks. I'm new here and looking for some motivation and perhaps a 'buddy' or two to help keep me motivated. I had lost about 55 pounds after my second child was born and was doing great exercising but around November I fell off the wagon and stopped everything. Started eating crap food and gained about 10 pounds from then to now. So now I'm trying to get myself back to where I was. I started on the 12th of Jan. eating healthy, exercising and drinking a lot of water. I'm gonna try to exercise 6 days / week. It's not really about the numbers for me, I'll know I've reacked my goal when I can fit back into my pantswithout the 'muffin-top' ;o)

3 days - 1 hr of cardio on eliptical.

3 days - 30 min cardio and 40 minutes weights.

Alternating days.


Here's some info on me:

Woman, I'm 5'8, 160 pounds. I'm 30 yrs old with two children. From Ontario, Canada.


I'd like to find some buddies (women) that I can chat to and help keep me motivated. Also compare our daily routines.
