Hey everyone,
I was watching The Biggest Loser last night and I had a thought: Maybe I could help some people that are looking to lose weight. Here's my background...
I got really into health & fitness a few years back and became a personal trainer. I started reading books about food, and food history, and started cooking a lot. I wasn't overweight to begin with, nor am I now (at least by most standards), but I AM fascinated by food addiction and people's relationships to food and their health. I've been thinking lately, after talking to friends, that I may have a mild addiction to food myself; I can definitely finish a plate even after I'm full.
So back to The Biggest Loser, it occurred to me that maybe people just need an outlet. There's a lot of false info out there (that's why diet and fitness have become huge industries), and there's a lot of you that maybe just need a push in the right direction. Maybe I can help?
