I've been reading through some posts, and I think it's so amazing that there are women here who've already lost 50 lbs and still going strong on their goal to losing 100 (or more!). I seriously have so much respect for you people, and I can't imagine how hard that would be.

I don't have a 100 lb weight loss goal, but I've fallen off track in terms diet and exercise, nonetheless, and feel very uncomfortable at my current weight (haven't weighed for some time, so not sure exactly how much I've gained). I've always been quite self-disciplined, and for the first time I'm not able to find the strength within to get out of this state I'm in. So, I decided to make a blog (I know, SO original write), to try to keep myself on track, and hopefully elicit some support from other people who are trying to lose weight. I also want to help support you people, too, because I know we're all in it together!

Now, I've only written one post in my silly blog thus far, but the address is:

I suggest that you start a diary here and paste in the pages from your blog.

That way - people here will support you in your diary here and you can chat to them here and get to know them - maybe support them in their diaries too...

By the way - we have both women and men (plus some youngsters) that have lost amazing amounts of weight... If you have just seen some of the women - you have hardly scratched the surface and there is much more to inspire you... :)

I hope you start a diary here so we can all support you! Welcome to the forum :) What are you plans in terms of exercise and diet? There are SO many inspiration people on this forum, everyone is so supportive and friendly.
 
Welcome to the forum. I expect to see your diary here too. It is very inspiring to see people trying to lose extra weight, start a new healthier lifestyle. You've been there done that, you know how much better you were feeling then about yourself. Waiting for your feedback.
