Looking for support, inspiration, motivation!

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. I quit smoking one month, one week, and three days ago and have added about 10lbs to my figure. I am also recovering from a knee reconstruction surgery a few months back, so jogging or anything fast is out of the question at this point...I walk everyday for exercise. My biggest problem is over-eating from emotion and boredom. I am commited to not returning to smoking as I have everytime that I have gained a little weight. But I believe that a forum will be a helpful outlet for me (as that is how I quit smoking).

Anyway, bring on the advice, info, or whatever you have for a :newbie:

Congrats on the not smoking! I'm on day 9 of not smoking myself. You've come to a great place! Welcome:patriot:
