Maybe someone can chime in.
Looking for some software that will do a couple things for me.
1. Help me do meal planning.
2. Track my totals of things like carbs, protein, calories, etc.
Yes, I know there is Fitday and sites like that.. but they don't help in meal planning. At least I don't think they do or didn't see the options to do it lol.
Input would be great. It's time for me to start tracking my #'s as I'm not seeing progress like I thought I would.
