Looking for some genuine newd advice!

Hello Everyone, my brother referred me to the site and so far its seems awesome.

I am 6"0 ft tall and weigh 235lbs.
My goal is to be 195-200lbs.

I started a diary with fit day and I'm going food shopping today to fill my daily food and calorie charts.

I have a hectic daily schedule with work from 7am to 3pm and school from 6pm to 9pm, so LA fitness for 1-1 1/2 hours will be in between minimum 4 days a week.

What advise does anyone have out there for me regarding nutrition and getting rid of my man boobies to be in shape for some rigorous basketball and just overall be more energized everyday.

With any goal, the key is persistence. I was reading a book earlier today about Thomas Edison. He failed thousands of times in creating the light bulb, but persisted and succeed in creating it.

With goals of weight loss, the gains (or losses!) are sometimes slow, and often if it takes its time, you can hold it off better. So my advice would be to be exercising regularly. Don't give up. Too many give up before they have reached their goal.

Very true, good advise.
Well mainly my first 2 goals is make sure I am eating 1 serving size, lol that will help tremendously. I haven't smoked in 5 days, i need to drink more water
