New to the group, I've been yoyo-ing with my weight for years after the birth of my daughter. Nothing seems to be shifting any of it and of course it gets me down and I just dont feel the greatest about myself.
I've been given some links and information on a few alternative treatments and there was one that stood out to me the mosts, its called London Medical. Has anyone ever heard of this or have any reviews on them?
