Looking for help building a custom workout routine and diet.

Hello, this is my first ever post on this site and its new. As stated in the title, i'm looking for help building a custom workout routine and diet that fits my life style. I will start to provide everything that I can, in attempts to make it easier to figure out.

I'm 18, 6'1", and I weigh about 185. My main concern is losing some of the fat around my lower abdomen, the seemingly man boobs I have that show or reshaping them, and just some fat around my rear.

I have a job, so I can buy whatever food I need to keep a steady diet going, and I love nearly every type of food. I know very little about calories, carbs, and all that good stuff and was wondering a good way to balance it all while exercising.

I have plenty of time in the morning and night to exercise. I own a treadmill, haven't used it often, however I plan too, and as it's becoming nicer outside, I hope to move jogs out there. I'm going to buy dumbbells, next chance I can, just need an ideal weight I should choose.
