Over the last twelve months I have put on about 12 kg, and need to lose it. I am a member of my local gym and love exercise, except it seems that I definitely consume more calories than I burn, which is not assisted by my part time job at a bakery!!
I just started sessions with a personal trainer who has suggested that I aim for six smaller meals a day, which has been working well over the last two weeks. It just seems however that even though I do the exercise and have the knowledge about what are healthy foods etc etc I struggle staying on track big time and just need extra motivation, especially when the other members of my household leave yummy food lying around.
I guess I joined this site because I feel like I know what I should be doing I just need to actually stick to it and not get sidetracked by over-snacking or eating late at night etc etc when I lose focus
At the moment I weigh about 71 kg and hope to trim down to 62.
