Looking for a the painless way to start your Fitness Regime?

Most people think that the only way that they can start to get fit and lose weight is to go on some strange new diet, and pay extortionate prices to join a gym. Not so. It may work for some people, but if you don't see the progress you require from the diet, or discover that you spend more time working to pay for the gym than you do actually visiting it, then comfort food and elasticized waistbands are going to quickly hit your list of must have items.
Not everyone can find the time needed to head to the gym, get changed, workout, get changed again, and then either head to work or go back home. And the more difficult that it is to find the time to do all of that, the less you are likely to try to make the time to do it. So what's the alternative? The obvious answer is to exercise in a way that you can afford, both in the sense of time and money.
So also working out with the most useful and adaptable fitness tools like bearing Jump rope, gymnastics rings would definitely help.
